Our Auction

Get Ready to Roll the Dice! This year, our Annual Auction is taking a turn with a Casino Night theme! Expect an evening full of excitement, fun, and surprises as we bring the thrill of the casino to our community. 

Proceeds from our Annual Auction will directly aid our Growth Campaign, which will help us support the expansion of the Blakeney campus as well as serve more students in our community. We are excited about hosting the Annual Auction at Alexander Homestead on Saturday, March 14, 2026. 

Event Details

Time: 6:00 - 10:00 PM

Place: Alexander Homestead - 4717 Shamrock Drive, Charlotte, NC 28215

Parking: Onsite parking is available for all patrons.

What to wear: Step into the casino spirit with smart-casual or cocktail-ready attire—think polished, playful, and festive, without the need for full glam. Add a pop of sparkle, a fun tie, or your favorite bold color!

Dinner: Dinner will be buffet style. Drinks include tea, water, beer, wine, and liquor. Coffee will be provided with dessert.

Early Bird Tickets Are Coming!
Mark your calendars! Early bird ticket sales for our Annual Auction will be open December 8–30, 2025. Keep an eye on your inbox for more details and instructions on how to snag your tickets—don’t miss out on the chance to get in early! Those who take advantage of the early bird sale, will have the chance to win an Uber gift card. 

Call all volunteers

We need your help to make our Annual Auction a success! We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to assist with two key areas:

Acquiring and Packaging Donations: Help us reach out to local businesses and Omni patrons to gather exciting items for our auction as well as join us in preparing and organizing items before the big event..

Set-up and Breakdown: We need your help setting up the event space prior to the event as well as cleaning up at the end of the night. 

This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved, meet other parents, and contribute to our school community! Whether you can help a little or a lot, your support makes a difference.
