DIRECTOR OF FINANCE

Omni Montessori School has an immediate opening for a new Director of Finance. The Director of Finance is an integral member of the school’s leadership team and is responsible for managing the financial and human resources of Omni Montessori School. The Director of Finance reports directly to the Head of School and is a full-time, exempt, year-round employee. ELEMENTARY ASSISTANT

Omni Montessori School seeks a full-time Elementary Assistant for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year.  This position requires love, patience and respect for children. The Elementary Assistant will encourage students to be independent and will model for them appropriate manners and behaviors. In addition, the Elementary Assistant will aid the Lead Guide in promoting a classroom environment designed to facilitate the social, physical and intellectual growth of students by following the tenets of Maria Montessori. Major duties will include maintaining the classroom environment, assisting in data collection and record keeping and providing supervision during non-academic times. SPANISH LANGUAGE SPECIALIST

Omni Montessori School seeks an Upper Elementary and Adolescent Program Spanish Language Specialist beginning on or before January 17, 2023. Qualified individuals must demonstrate a passion for guiding students through project based, integrated, student focused curriculum models in Spanish with the goal of preparing our ninth grade graduates for entry into Spanish II or Spanish III.  The preferred candidate will be accustomed to working collaboratively within a team of educators, will be a native Spanish speaker, and will have earned an undergraduate degree.  The ideal candidate will also have attended, or be willing to attend, an AMI Orientation to Adolescence.  Most importantly, candidates must have an appreciation for, and understanding of, elementary and adolescent students, with all of their gifts, struggles, talents, and challenges. SUBSTITUTE GUIDE/ASSISTANT

We seek caring, responsible individuals to substitute as guides and/or assistants in our multi-aged Montessori classrooms.  This is an on call position.  Ideal candidates will possess an understanding of Montessori pedagogy across all planes of development.
