Instructions

For the 2025-2026 school year, Omni Montessori School will be utilizing the online service of Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST) to process applications. FAST will be the standard submission format for all financial aid applications.

The application process is self-guided. You may navigate in and out of the program, allowing you to partially complete an application and return to it at a later time. We suggest reading the FAST Family User Guide  before beginning your application. FAST provides assistance in application completion through online help at familysupport@ism.com.

Required Fees and Documents

The application fee is $60.00 and is to be paid by credit card to FAST at the end of the application submittal process. If you do not have a credit card or cannot budget the fee, please contact the Director of Finance and Facilities at Omni Montessori School, Donna Garrison, 704-541-1326 ext. 234 for assistance.

New this year, upon completion of the online application, you will be required to complete  a TaxStatus consent form.  This consent form grants FAST permission to safely and securely pull your 2023 tax information from the IRS.  Thus, the only tax documents that you will be required to provide directly to FAST are your 2024 W-2’s and/or 1099's. Instructions for submitting any requested documents are detailed in the application instructions.

Deadlines For Financial Aid

The online submission deadline for applications and tax returns of returning Omni students is February 2, 2025. The goal is to have award determinations made and communicated in writing to all returning families before the end of Omni's re-enrollment period. Prospective parents should plan to apply for financial aid by the application deadline for your student. The online submission deadline for applications and tax returns of new Omni students begins March 1, 2025. The goal is to have award determinations made and communicated in writing to all new families on a first come, first served basis.
