Omni Montessori School seeks a part-time (15 - 20 hours per week) Adolescent Program Spanish Language Specialist beginning on or before August 1, 2019. Qualified individuals must demonstrate a passion for guiding students through project based, integrated, student focused curriculum models in Spanish with the goal of preparing our ninth grade graduates for entry into Spanish II or Spanish III. The preferred candidate will be accustomed to working collaboratively within a team of educators, will be a native Spanish speaker, will have an undergraduate degree, and will possess either an AMI Elementary credential or have attended the AMI Orientation to Adolescent Studies.  Most importantly, candidates must have an appreciation for, and understanding of, adolescent students, with all of their gifts, struggles, talents, and challenges. Interested individuals should email a resume and cover letter to hr@omni-montessori.org.



Omni Montessori School seeks a full-time Upper Elementary Assistant for the 2019-20 school year.  This position requires love, patience and respect for children.  The Upper Elementary Assistant will encourage students aged 9-12 years to be independent and will model for them appropriate manners and behaviors.  In addition, the Upper Elementary Assistant will aid the Lead Guide in promoting a classroom environment designed to facilitate the social, physical and intellectual growth of students by following the tenets of Maria Montessori.  Major duties will include maintaining the classroom environment, assisting in data collection and record keeping, providing supervision during non-academic times and participating in overnight trips.  A Bachelor’s degree and previous Montessori classroom experience preferred.  Please send cover letter and resume to hr@omni-montessori.org.
