Mark Bartholet - Math and Occupations Guide

Mark Bartholet
Adolescent Program Math and Occupations Guide

Mark joined Omni’s Adolescent Program in 2015 after working in educational settings his entire professional career, including teaching and college high school math, administrating religious education programs, and leading adult education for churches and faith communities. In 2011 he was introduced to Montessori education through Catechesis of the Good Shepherd (CGS), a Montessori-based religious education program. After training in CGS for ages 3-6 and 7-9, Mark was inspired to continue his Montessori journey by returning to the role of guide in Omni's Adolescent Program. He cherishes the opportunity to learn math and science through real, purposeful work on the farm.

Mark and his wife Chelsey, infant son Daniel, cat Lucy, and border collie Rorie enjoy family, house projects, and creating intentional relationships in their community. In his free time Mark plays Ultimate Frisbee, teaches Sunday school, and enjoys reading just about anything.
