Elvira Suarez is an AMI- and AMS-certified teacher who has taught for more than 40 years, 11 of them at Omni.

Ms. Elvira most enjoys the opportunity to foster an environment that values independence and self-reliance, allowing each child to become successful in overcoming age-appropriate challenges. She feels privileged to observe the magic of learning as it unfolds - beginning with early concentration and focus, through challenge and struggle, to an effortless realization that learning has been achieved. She knows that the process is complete when she sees huge smiles, joy, and the exclamation of "Ms. Elvira, I did it all by myself!"

Ms. Elvira is the grandmother of four children who experienced Montessori education, in Florida and at Omni.
