Omni Montessori School seeks and celebrates cultural diversity. Our school does not discriminate in any manner with regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or disability. Class size is determined by several factors. In addition to the number of students, each teacher attempts to achieve a balance of ages, sexes, skill levels, talents, and personalities for their classroom community. These are the steps we encourage families to take in considering enrollment at Omni:

Visit

Families are welcome to visit our campus during operating hours (8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.). To ensure that staff will be available to give you a tour of the grounds, describe the school, discuss curriculum, and answer any questions you may have please call ahead to schedule an appointment.

Observe

We request that parents observe a class in session as they consider our school. It is necessary to make appointments for observations. The office staff assists parents in scheduling observations for weekday morning hours. Parents may call 541-1326 for appointments.

Apply

After careful consideration of our program, parents may fill out an application form for their children. An Application Fee of $50.00 is due at the time of application. If all classes are full, the child’s name will be entered on the waiting list.

Interview

Student/teacher/parent interviews are required prior to all admissions. Teachers spend time with the child in the classroom, talking and presenting short lessons. Meanwhile, the parents talk with the Program Coordinator and discuss enrollment possibilities. Interviews are not only opportunities for teachers to meet prospective students, but also for parents to talk with teachers about their classrooms and the Montessori principles our school follow. We encourage families to consider carefully how our curriculum might support their values and goals for their children. Application forms must be completed prior to the interview. An Interview Fee of $50.00 per child due at the time of the interview.

Enroll

When students are offered and accept places in Omni Montessori classrooms, parents and teachers discuss enrollment dates. Children may be enrolled at any time during the school year. Registration forms, registration fees (equal to $300 per child) and enrollment forms (medical, emergency, etc.) are due at enrollment.
